Do I need to set up an account in order to buy Oswald & Kane products online?

You will be able to place a ‘guest’ order online without having to register your details. However if you do set up an account you will be able to manage your account details, past orders and sign up to our newsletter.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Paypal.

When will I recieve my order and how much will it cost?

Oswald & Kane attempts to send out all UK orders in 5-7 working days. The cost of standard postage and packaging is £4.95 for the UK and £8.95 for European orders.

Do I need to sign for my order when it is delivered?

Our items are tracked, so someone must be available to sign for it.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been placed?

Please email customerservices@oswaldandkane.com if you wish to halt your order so you can change or add items. If the package has already been sent then we are unable to change items, but if it is still in the process of being dispatched we may be able to alter your order.

How will I know when my order has been processed?

You will get a confirmation email informing you that you order has been processed and shipped. Keep in mind that it will take around 5-7 working days for you to receive your parcel.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately at the moment Oswald & Kane cannot automatically send you a tracking number but you will be notified when your order has been processed and shipped.

I have a promotional code, how do I use it?

If you have a promotional code that you would like to use with an order, go to the shopping bag and there will be a box where you can input your discount code. The page will refresh showing the new amount.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your online order within 14 days of receipt.

Do you ship internationally?

Oswald & Kane ships to UK addresses and selected European countries. To see if we ship to your country please check on our “delivery” page. If your country is not listed please contact customerservices@oswaldandkane.com and we may be able to send items for a different postage fee abroad.

How do I know which size to buy?

Please see and use our size guide one each product page as well as a seperate page on the bottom bar. If the item still does not fit you can follow our instructions and exchange the item for a different size.
